What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you register with us, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.

SimplexHealth will not rent, sell or give your name, email or credit card confirmation or purchase history to any other company, agency or individual. When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our payment gateway. They are not held by us. We will not store any financial information or card information.
We may contact you with order related queries, e.g. to send you an order confirmation as well as order process updates, when there is an incorrect address, the shipment has been returned to us or there is a product or stock related query.
If you have consented to receiving marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact us.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please contact us.
