At Simplex Health we are pleased to be able to offer a fast and efficient service for items shipped from our shop.

Our Delivery Policy

At Simplex Health we dispatch orders each day (Monday to Friday) and usually all orders are delivered the next working day, or at the most, within 3 working days of being shipped.

Please note that international deliveries are also very fast but may take a little longer than usual depending on the destination country.

It is out of our control if orders get delayed due to postal strikes or similar with Royal Mail, however we send all order by the fastest means "1st Class".

For larger higher value orders we may send via courier service, where it will need to be signed for between 08.30 - 16.30 hrs Mon to Fri. We will contact you if this is the case, with your tracking number.

Any parcels accepted to be left at an alternative address will be at the Customer's own risk.

I have not received my order what do I do?
